Club successfully implemented the project “Thirst Quench – Quenching Every Drop of Thirst with Clean Drinking Water” during Rotary Year 2025–26 at two major public locations in Biratnagar: Biratnagar Airport Taxi Stand Bargachhi Chowk The project involved installation of two public drinking water stations equipped with water purification and chilling systems to provide safe, clean, and chilled drinking water to the general public. Project activities included: Site assessment and beneficiary consultations Coordination meetings with the Civil Aviation Office and Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI) Procurement of water filtration and chilling systems Construction of platforms and supportive infrastructure Plumbing and electrical installation Installation of Rotary branding and awareness boards Formal inauguration and public handover , Airport Water station has been inaugrated and Bargachi water station to be inaugrated soon. The project is implemented with support from partner organizations to ensure long-term sustainability and maintenance.
